(The super leadership fee is subject to change with 1 week notice any time during the school year for further improvements.)

Important: Please ensure to include Invoice no. with online payments-to avoid any confusion between GIKA students with same name).

The remittance charges must be borne by the parents and must be included in addition to the fee.

Note: A 5% penalty will be charged if fees are paid more than 30 calendar days after the due date.

Invoices will be issued one month before payment is due (only in GIKA’s format).

Receipts are available upon request (only after payment is received).
Refund Policy
If permanently withdrawing your child from GIKA, payment will be reimbursed based on the following:

Before a month starts, full payment amount will be returned

Before 10 days of a month passes, two thirds of the monthly fee will be returned
-
After 15 days of a month passes, no payment will be returned
*This only applies when 2 week notice is given before withdrawing your child from GIKA
Children leaving GIKA temporarily during the school year are not guaranteed a place at the school upon their return unless fees are paid in full during their absence.
Refund Example:
13,530,000 KRW Yearly Fee – Paid in 4 installments
Parent paid installments 1, 2 & 3 3,690, 000x 3 = 11,070,000KRW
Parent withdraws child after 8 months 1,230,000 x 8 = 9,840,000KRW
Parent receives a refund of 1,230,000 KRW 11,070,000 - 9,840,000= 1,230,000KRW
