GIKA staff is a group of over 30 dilligent people working as leadership and administration team, main class room teachers,assistant classroom teachers,bus assistants,drivers,cook and cleaning staff.
Main teachers:
It is a wonderful team of dedicated people coming from all around the world, easy going, adaptable and child oriented in their approach. Each teacher works with a teaching assistant in a class of 12~14 students.Everyone here is committed to making the school a great place to work and a great place to learn.

Assistant Teachers:
Assistant teachers are the back bone of GIKA.These assistant teachers are mostly Koreans who not ony help run the classes,but also inculcate beahaviour,moral and cultural learning to GIKA students.Their English skills might vary from one to another but most of them owe years of experience in kindergartens/similar age groups.
They are the one who know your child in GIKA really well and help them with their basic necessaities like eating,napping and toilet training.
Employment
Come live and work on the beautiful Geoje Island! Surrounded by mountains and beaches, only 1 hour from the 2nd largest city Busan in South Korea. With a large expat community and so much to do, there is never a shortage of fun and excitement!
GIKA enrols mainly expat children from all around the world. The experience of teaching an English based curriculum to such a wide range of children is both fun and rewarding. Come join our team of teachers from various countries. All you need is a Bachelor’s Degree, a positive attitude, and thirst for some adventure!
